  3. The catalog and orders

    This Site is a catalog of Nazara eyewear for men, women and kids. Nothing can be bought on the Site itself: you order by contacting us with the name of the frame, and an order exists only once we have confirmed it with you, including its price and delivery fee. Photos and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them, but colours can look different on screens. Frames, prices and availability may change at any time without notice, and we may decline an order for any reason.

  4. Payment

    All orders are paid in cash on delivery. We never ask for card or bank details, on the Site or elsewhere. By confirming an order, you agree to pay the confirmed amount in cash when it is delivered. If you return the frame at the time of delivery, you still pay the delivery fee.

  5. Shipping and delivery

    Shipping charges and delivery times vary based on your location. We tell you the delivery fee and the expected delivery time when we confirm your order. Nazara is not responsible for any delays in shipping due to unforeseen circumstances.

  6. Returns and exchanges

    Our return policy allows you to return products at the time of delivery if you are not satisfied. Returns are only accepted when the delivery person is still present, and you will be responsible for the delivery fee.

  7. Privacy policy

    Information you send us through the Site or when you order is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

  8. Intellectual property

    All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Nazara or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any content on the Site is strictly prohibited.
