  2. What we collect

    This site is a catalog. There is no account, no cart and no online payment, so we never ask for card or bank details. We only receive what you choose to send us: your name, phone number, email address and message when you use the contact form; your email address when you sign up for news; and, when you order, the name, phone number and delivery address needed to bring the frame to you.

  3. How we use it

    To answer your message, to arrange and deliver your order, to send the news you signed up for, and to keep this website working and secure. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for anything you would not expect from these purposes.

  4. Who else sees it

    Only the people who help us do the above: the delivery company that brings your order (your name, phone number and address), the company that hosts this website, and Google Analytics. This site also loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers when a page opens.

  5. Cookies and analytics

    We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages and frames people look at, how they found us, and whether they use a phone or a computer. It sets cookies in your browser for this and tells us about visits in general, not who you are. You can block or delete cookies in your browser's settings, and the site still works without them.

  6. How long we keep it

    Messages and order details are kept for as long as we need them to serve you and keep our records. You stay on the news list until you ask to leave it.

  7. Your choices

    You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and you can leave the news list at any time. Write to us at the email address above and we will take care of it.

  8. Children

    We sell frames for kids, but orders are placed by their parents or guardians. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.

  9. Changes to this policy

    If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
